SWACDA Fee
SWACDA Fee payment information for High School parents and students:
The SWACDA performance tour is fast approaching-March 4th-6th, 2020! As noted in the SWACDA information email that has already been sent, and on the SWACDA News Article on gpfaavm.com, there is a $150 fee per student to go toward t-shirts, jackets, pins, patches, etc.
Please note that if your High School Student sold popcorn, the net profit from their sales will automatically be deducted from the $150.00 fee. Lucinda Ramos, Vocal Music Guild Treasurer, will be sending you an email with the total amount (minus any popcorn sales credit) that is owed. If you have any questions, regarding the amount owed, please contact Lucinda Ramos at tlramos1707@sbcglobal.net . The balance owed (minus the popcorn sales credit) is due no later than January 15th, 2020.
Once you receive the email with the total amount owed, please fill out the form below and make a payment (PayPal or credit card only) toward the balance. If you make a partial payment, please keep track of the amount you owe, and do not forget to pay the balance in full prior to January 15th, 2020.
