GPFAA Fall Festival Space Rental for Outside Vendor


The GPFAA Vocal Music Fall Festival will be Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm.

Any organization or individual that would like to reserve a space at the carnival will need to add this to your cart and complete the additional information when you purchase your space for our fall festival.

Space rental fee is $40.00
The deadline to purchase space at our Fall Festival is Friday, October 11, 2019.

General Information

  •  Spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis upon booth application and fee.
  • The space includes one table and 2 chairs.
  • You may pay before the day of the Fall Festival.
  •  Set-Up will begin at 12:00 pm, Saturday, October 26, 2019
  • Must provide your own electrical cords and power supplies. If additional power is needed, please let us know ASAP. This booth will be set near generators.
  • Fall Festival Organizers will assign spaces
  • Vendors will be responsible for cleaning up their own area
  • All food and games will be paid with tickets that will only be sold by the GPFAA Vocal Music Guild.
  • Tickets will cost $0.50 each
  • Tickets must be exchanged at the end of the Festival for cash. The GPFAA Vocal Music room will be designated for this exchange.
