What: “Another Jazzy Christmas” Performance
Who: ALL Middle School and High School Choirs
When: Thursday, December 13, 2019
Where: First Baptist Church 905 Mayfield Rd., Grand Prairie, TX 75052
Time: HS~ Meeting at FBC at 4:30 pm
MS~ Leaving Campus at 5:00pm
Transportation: School Bus: to and from event
Parent pickup requires new Alternate Travel form. Link is above.
Returning: on bus to GPFAA at approx. 9:45pm
What to bring: Middle School- Sack dinner (to eat after school) and a water bottle.
Concert attire: Holiday “Ugly Sweater” and festive items. Black slacks, black shoes. Bring all items in a bag clearly labeled with student name.
Behavior: WE ARE GUESTS AT THIS BEAUTIFUL CHURCH. Please talk with your student about how you expect them to behave during rehearsal and concert performances. No cell phones and no talking during concert rehearsals/performances.
Please note: Attendance will be taken, and each concert is a performance grade.
Chapel/Worship Center: NO FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE BROUGHT OR CONSUMED IN THE WORSHIP CENTER.
We want to make sure we respect the space and leave it better than we left it. All students must keep this space clean during the day. Students shouldn’t leave anything behind.
Costume Changing Rooms: Chaperones and Teachers will help monitor these spaces. Students will be instructed which rooms to go to when they are not on stage. Please remind them that after the concert they will need to take EVERYTHING with them.
