High School TMEA Region/Honor Auditions
Parents and Students,
What: Competition for Round 2 All-State/Honor Choir auditions
Who: All Students (Region & Honor Students)
When: Saturday, October 19, 2019
Where: Cedar Hill High School
Time: Leaving GPFAA- 6:15 am
Transportation: School Bus: To and From
Returning: We do not have a set time, we are hoping this day will be done no later than 6:00 pm. It could be earlier or later.
What to bring: Original Music, Lunch $ or sack lunch, water, pencil, paper clips, highlighter, DBU lunch money $5.00 or $3.00 ( read below for more information)
Please remind your students to not bring cell phones or MP3’s into the audition room as they will be disqualified. We are recommending that chaperones collect them before registration and store student devices. However, if this is not possible, they will be collected during registration and held until auditions are over.
All-Region/Honor Lunch Money is due by Thursday, Oct 17th. The region needs a headcount for those that will be eating at DBU on the day of the Region/Honor choir rehearsal. Those auditioning for Region/Round 2, must bring $5.00. Those auditioning for the Honor Choir must bring $3.00. Please have the exact amount. No change will be given back.
If the student is driving themselves to the audition, please fill out the Alternate Permission Slip.
