GPFAA Spring Show May 13, 2023- Show 2, Part II (7:00 pm- 9:45 pm)

Parents, Guardians, and Students,

This information will give you more information regarding Spring Show #2 Part II. 

Who: All MS & HS Students

What: GPFAA Spring Show “The Big X”

When: Saturday, May 13 (required for all MS & HS singers)

Where: Uptown Theater

Time of Rehearsal/Show: Call Time

ALL HS will meet at Uptown Theater from 3:00 pm-10:45 pm.
ALL MS will meet at Uptown Theater from 4:30 pm-10:30 pm.

Showtime: 7:00 pm to 9:45

Pickup time: Please be flexible with the pickup time. Like other events, it might be a little earlier or later. HS & MS will be done approximately around 10:30-10:45 pm. This time is different from the first two nights. We will need some time striking the stage and taking back items to the school. With everyone staying and helping, we will should make good time and be done faster. Thank you in advance.

Show Time: 7:oopm-9:30pm

Attire: Bring your attire/costume list. We will need the students to have their attire ready for Show #2, Part II and take home after performance. Click here to access attire.

What to bring: a bottle of water labeled with the student’s name, snack and sack dinner.

Parent Strike/Volunteer: We need a few parent helping after Show #2, Part II- to help breakdown. Sign up link coming soon.

Transportation: Meeting at the Uptown Theater. We plan to walk to the Uptown Theater. The Uptown Theater is near GPFAA, and we will walk as a group and director. If you want to take your student, instead of walking with a director, please ensure your student is at Uptown before call time.

Snack/Dinner: Ensure your student brings a sack dinner to Show #2, Par II. Your student will NOT be able to leave to purchase dinner, nor will they be able to get food delivered at the Uptown Theater.
