HS UTA Holiday Jubilation CONCERT

Parents/Guardians and Students,

This article will give you information regarding the UTA Holiday Jubilation CONCERT!

Who: ALL HS Students (required for all HS singers)

What: UTA Holiday Jubilation CONCERT

When:  Sunday, December 5th

Where: Texas Hall-UT Arlington

Time: Leaving GPFAA @ 3:00 PM & arriving at UTA by 3:45 PM. Concert begins at 7 PM.

Returning: We will return to GPFAA by 9:30 PM. Please be flexible with arrival time. Just like other events, it might be a little earlier or a little later. The concert should be done by 8:45 pm.

Attire: Formal attires–tux and dresses with required shoes and other formal accessories.

What to bring: Black binder, UTA holiday music, pencil, a bottle of water, sack dinner.

Chaperone Volunteer: We need parent volunteers, please sign up here!

Permission Slips: If you already filled out a permission slip for the retreat, you do not need to fill another one. We have one permission slip per semester. VERY IMPORTANT: If you are providing your own transportation to/and/or from UTA, you will need to fill out the additional permission slip form called “Alternate Student Travel Form.” Please fill out the form online via your www.gpfaavm.com account no later than Thursday, December 2, 2021. Please remember that alternate student travel forms need to be filled out EVERY SINGLE TIME a student does not use district-provided transportation. (This is a district rule!)

Transportation: district school bus.

Dinner: Students must bring a sack dinner. Rehearsal is designed to eat at a certain time. We will not have time to wait on food or find a place to order on campus.
