What: Dress Rehearsal- Another Jazzy Christmas
Who: ALL Middle School and High School Choirs
When: Tuesday, December 10, 2019 (After School)
Where: First Baptist Church, 905 Mayfield Rd., Grand Prairie, TX 75052
Time: HS Leaving campus at 3:00pm
MS Rehearsing on campus 4:30-5:30, Leaving Campus at 5:30
Transportation: School Bus~ to and from event
Returning: HS- pickup from First Baptist Church at 6:30pm
MS-returning on bus to GPFAA at 8:45 pm
What to bring: Middle School- Sack dinner (to eat after school) and a water bottle.
Behavior: WE ARE GUESTS AT THIS BEAUTIFUL CHURCH. Please talk with your student about how you expect them to behave during rehearsal and concert performances. No cell phones and no talking during concert rehearsals/performances
Please note: Attendance will be taken
Chapel/Worship Center: NO FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE BROUGHT OR CONSUMED IN THE WORSHIP CENTER. We want to make sure we respect the space and leave it better than we left it. All students must keep this space clean during the day, students shouldn’t leave anything behind.
Costume Changing Rooms: Chaperones will help monitor these spaces. Students will be instructed in which rooms to go when they are not on stage. Please remind them that after the concert they will need to take EVERYTHING with them.
