MS/HS Gift Basket Items For Silent Auction Due Wednesday, Dec 6

Parents, Guardians, and Students,

At our upcoming Family Christmas Concert (scheduled for Mon, Dec 11, 7 pm at Gateway Church), GPFAA Vocal Music Guild will host a Silent Auction Fundraiser. All proceeds from the fundraiser benefit the Vocal Guild’s newly established Graduating Vocal Music Senior Scholarship Fund. We are asking for small items from each Vocal Music family to be donated.

  • Please have your student bring a $5 minimum item to class by Wednesday, Dec 6.
  • Items more than $5 are great too!
  • Item(s) should be labeled with your student’s name and grade.
  • Check with your student to see if they have been assigned a specific item for their basket; some have!
  • Be creative and have fun shopping!
  • MS basket themes are assigned by grade level 6th – 8th
  • HS baskets are set by each student’s house. Click Here to find your student’s house.

The Guild’s silent auction letter link below provides details about the silent auction, our non-profit, and how to donate. Hundreds of people attend our show, which can be a fantastic way for any business to get in front of a large, family-oriented audience. If you know of organizations/companies that might be interested in donating, please download and share our SILENT AUCTION LETTER!
