Parents, Guardians, and Students,
This year, at Family Christmas Concert, GPFAA Vocal Music Guild will be hosting a Silent Auction Fundraiser. We are asking for small items from each Vocal Music family to be donated.
Each grade will have a basket theme.
- Please have your student bring a $5 minimum item to class by Friday, December 10.
- Items more than $5 are great too!
- Item(s) should be labeled with your student’s name and grade.
- Check with your student to see if they have been assigned a specific item for their basket, some have!
- Be creative and have fun shopping!

GPFAA Vocal Music Guild has also actively reached out to local businesses for donations. (We are excited about the items we have secured so far!) If you know of a company that might be interested in donating to the Silent Auction, please contact:
Karen Gay, GPFAA Vocal Music Guild Fundraising Chair at 361-739-8034. Call or text if great!
Local business donations are due Friday, December 1o. The Guild has an official letter that provides details about the concert, the silent auction, and our non-profit. We estimate that at least 1,000 people will be in attendance over the 2-night show. It’s a wonderful way for any business to get in front of a large, family-oriented audience.
