Parents, Guardians, and Students,
This year, at Family Christmas Concert, GPFAA Vocal Music Guild will host a Silent Auction Fundraiser. We are asking for small items from each Vocal Music family to be donated.
Each grade/house will have a basket theme.
- Please have your student bring a $5 minimum item to class by Thursday, December 8th.
- Items more than $5 are great too!
- Item(s) should be labeled with your student’s name and grade.
- Check with your student to see if they have been assigned a specific item for their basket; some have!
- Be creative and have fun shopping!

GPFAA Vocal Music Guild is actively reached out to local businesses for donations. If you know of a company that might be interested in donating to the Silent Auction, please contact:
Karen Gay, GPFAA Vocal Music Guild Fundraising Chair, at 361-739-8034. Call or texting is great! Please download this LETTER and give it to any company/organization willing to donate to our Silent Auction.
Local business donations are due Monday, December 5th. The Guild’s official letter provides details about the concert, the silent auction, and our non-profit. We estimate that at least 1,000 people will be in attendance. It’s a wonderful way for any business to get in front of a large, family-oriented audience.
