WHAT IS NEW THIS YEAR?
We are so eager for our annual holiday show this year! We have added many new and festive events. This year for the first time we will have a Holiday Market that will be open before the Show and during intermission. Come out early (the Market opens at 5:30 p.m.) and please bring some cash because some of our vendors will only be accepting cash payments.
The Vocal Music Guild will be selling hot beverages (hot chocolate, coffee, and try some wassail!), and they will have raffle baskets as fundraisers. They will be accepting cash payments only for the hot beverages and for the raffle tickets! Raffle tickets will be sold both nights and the drawing will take place following intermission on Friday, December 13th. No need to be present to win!
There will also be pre-show entertainment including renaissance era carolers in the lobby, and piano selections being played in the Sanctuary by Mrs. Kim’s Piano Students. The caroling will begin around 5:45 p.m. and the pianist will begin their show at about 6:30 p.m.
Also new this year is our toy donation drive to benefit the Grand Prairie Santa Cop program. The vocal music students are counting their many blessings this year and they want to give back to the community we all love so much. Learn more about the Santa cop program here and please consider helping the students in serving their community. There will be donation boxes at the shows for your convenience!
TICKETING AND PROGRAM INFORMATION
Tickets go fast for this show! Last year we sold out and unfortunately we had to turn some people away at the door. To avoid missing this show, please buy your tickets now. The online ticketing links will remain open this year up until the time of the show or until we sell out; whichever comes first. So get your tickets now. We strongly encourage you to buy your tickets online before you arrive so you can enjoy the Holiday Market and won’t have to worry about buying tickets. We will have cash ticket sales available at the show.
Please present your confirmation at the Will Call/Check In table to receive the sticker you will need to display to be admitted into the Show. Please have either your ticket confirmation email or your ID ready when Checking In to receive your admittance stickers! We are excited to have a new check in system that will be faster and more efficient! Cash sales and Will Call/Check In will start at 6:00 p.m. each night.
The programs for our shows are digital and both the program for the show and the ticket link can be accessed through the Vocal Music website (which is also new this year!) by clicking here. The program includes a lot of fun information so check it out! Once you are on the Vocal Music website, simply scroll down a little bit and let Santa’s reindeer in training lead you to the ticket link and to the program for the show!
